Refunds and guarantees

In cases where the User purchases products on or via the Owner's Website, they have a number of rights, as listed and described below:

Return of defective products or shipping error

These are all cases where the User believes, at the time of delivery, that the product does not conform to the contract or purchase order and must therefore contact TALISMAN JEWELLERY immediately and inform it of the existing non-conformity (defect/error) by the same means or using the contact details provided in the previous paragraph (Right of withdrawal).

The User will then be informed of how to proceed with the return of the products, and these, once returned, will be examined and the User will be informed, within a reasonable period of time, of the opportunity for a refund or, if applicable, a replacement thereof.

The refund or replacement of the product will be made as soon as possible and, in any event, within 14 days of the date on which we send you an e-mail confirming the refund or replacement of the non-conforming product.

The amount paid for products returned due to a defect, if any, will be refunded in full, including delivery charges and costs incurred by the User in making the return. The refund will be made by the same means of payment used by the User to pay for the purchase.

In any case, the User will always be entitled to the rights recognized by the legislation in force at any time for the User, as a consumer and user.

Warranties

All our products carry a two-year warranty from the date of delivery of your order.

The warranty is valid against defects in materials and/or workmanship.

The warranty excludes coverage for wear and tear and/or physical or accidental abuse. To benefit from the warranty, contact us and our customer service will help you.
